After detailed analysis, I have finally identified the reason why I was not satisfied with life despite the fact that I was finally working in a disciplined and planned manner. I am not a person who can be forced to live according to a specific schedule. Give me random things that may or may not be connected to each other and I will be very happy. Give me a map and tell me that I will have to follow the steps from the first to the last in an orderly manner and I will lose focus.

It is a misconception that you have to be disciplined to succeed in today’s life. To succeed, you must have the ability to persevere and rely on plain stubbornness when your willpower comes from an end. If you last long enough, you will automatically do a good job and enjoy success. So, I have decided that I am not going to try to force myself to work in an organized manner. If I feel like joining pe courses, I will check out various courses and join immediately. After a few weeks, if I feel that I should be doing something else, then I am going to follow my heart.

Doing this and being happy is a much better option than trying to be somebody that you are not and feeling sorry for yourself at the end of the day. It is all a question of motivation. For some persons, the prospect of leading a disciplined life and enjoying access to facilities and amenities is a big motivation. However, this need not be a big deal for other individuals.

The biggest problem that the latter group of individuals face is that they are forced to work according to the fancies of other individuals. Well, I have decided that I am not going to do this any more. I will lead my life my way without bothering about others anymore.

The other night me and a few guys from the football team and my mate Finn who was off work for a few days because of inschool training, decided that we deserved to have a little fun and relax a bit seen as we had been working so hard for our big end of season game. We decided to go to a local sports bar, have a few games of pool, a couple of drinks and just kick back and relax.

My friend Finn said he would get the first round of drinks in, and I wasn’t going to turn that offer down. I said I would help him carry the drinks back over to the guys as there was a few of us and he wouldn’t have been able to handle them all on his own.

The bartender said it would be $36.50, I was glad I wasn’t paying! Anyway, Finn pulled out a card from his wallet to pay for the drinks and I had never seen one like it before. When the bartender handed it back I asked if I could have a look and what type of card it was.

He said it was a free prepaid credit card, I had never heard of them. He told me that you could get a free prepaid credit card from loads of big companies, and they were really easy to apply for. I asked him why it was called a free prepaid credit card and he told me all about them. He said the difference between a free one and a normal one was that when you apply for a free one you don’t have to pay an application fee.

When we sat down with our drinks he told me about how useful the card had been for him as it had stopped him from overspending. You can load as much money as you want on to the card and once it is gone; there is no overdraft or anything so you can’t use it. If you are in an emergency though you or a family member can top it up over the phone so you don’t have to worry about being completely stuck.

After a little thought I decided to get one for myself. It has really helped me to budget and make savings, so far so good!

I have been a huge fitness enthusiast for more than ten years now and I admit that I cannot live without fitness. I usually start my day with 30 or 40 minutes on the treadmill and only then I eat my healthy breakfast. After that I go to work and spend 8 horrible hours on my desk doing all kinds of mental exercises but no physical what so ever. I am sure that most of you will agree with me when I say that the only reasonable thing to do after work is to hit the gym and spend a healthy one or two ours sweating and getting rid of all the negative energy and stress. This is all very good, but, unfortunately there are some side effects of intensive fitness training and I want to discuss them with you in the next paragraph.

In general, fitness and any other physical activity improve your health and increase your energy levels significantly. However, going to the gym every day can have some side effects. If you train too often for too long your body will literally be in a catabolic state all the time. This means that your muscles will not be able to recover and you will end up feeling tired and even depressed. Fitness overdosing can also make your immune system more vulnerable and even worse, it can make you insomniac. Another really big side effect is the problems with your joints and back that can occur as a result of extensive exercising and what is even more common, completely wrong technique. I personally suffer from some really annoying knee problems and this is only because I had no idea how to warm up my joints and muscles before exercise in the past.

But there are a couple of things you may do. First of all make sure you rest enough. Healthy and nutritious diet is very, very important. Also, try to learn the proper technique for every single exercise you do. You can start with some fun manual handling training which is very effective as it teaches you some basic principles, which believe me you will need every time you lift, pull or push something. And please, try to spend at least 20 minutes warming up your body before you approach the heavy weights.

One of the things I find myself cautious about is the food I eat that is grown in farmers that use fertilizers. I know these days it is difficult to tell what really happens at these farms so because of this I tend to go for the organically grown foods. I am still amazed that most farmers still use dangerous fertilizers on their crops. Here is a bit of what I found out about fertilizers and how they can affect the environment.

Fertilizers are of great agricultural importance. But they can end up having great impact on lives of individuals. There is therefore need to handle them very carefully like how central heating oil suppliers handle their flammable product. Each type of fertilizer requires specific method of handling. We should not forget that fertilizers are made up of chemicals like ammonia, sodium, potassium and phosphate. These chemicals can lead to pollution of the environment and death if ingested.

So as to prevent the possibility of fertilizers affecting the environment negatively, it should be used according to the directions given. It should never be applied excessively. It should be applied with full consideration of the need of the plant.

When the quantity applied is in excess of what is needed, the excess is washed off into water bodies when rain falls. They can also dissolve into ground water. The water body around the area becomes contaminated. Animals and plants that depend on the water for sustenance will be affected and may die.

Excessive application of fertilizer also leads to the death of the normal flora on the ground around the plant. The useful bacteria die and the ecosystem in that area will get negatively affected. The plant on which the fertilizer is applied too may end up dying instead of growing.

In some cases the fertilizer will remain on the crop and stay there even when it reaches the consumers home and become a part of a meal.

So I was up and about with my good friend as she was looking to buy a new car. We were at an auto dealer’s show room when the Renault DeZir caught my eye. Here is what I found out about this car.

Renault has developed an electric concept car that smashes all previous notions about electric cars. DeZir is a sporty, powerful two-seater coupe that is truly an electric supercar.

While the DeZir has the same electric motor as Renault’s other zero emission electric cars, it has been given a power boost to 150 horsepower. The DeZir can go to 60 mph in 5 seconds. To help power up the motor is the Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS) that can be activated on demand.

The battery, which lasts for 100 miles, is 24 kWh lithium-ion. This car can be fully charged in eight hours using the electric plug in your home. The battery can be charged to 80% of capacity in 20 minutes if you use a three phase current fast charger that puts out 400V, and a new charging option is to take the car to a battery exchange station, where a fresh battery can be swapped in minutes, thanks to the DeZir’s Quick Drop feature.

The DeZir’s sleek body is made of lightweight Kevlar over steel, and the car’s aerodynamic design is based on a race car. The futuristic scissor-style doors, underscore the sporty race car look. I can see myself nicely dress and in my ortak jewellery driving this car around town.

The DeZir’s interior is as unique as the rest of the car, inspired by a race car cockpit. While the car has no rear window, it has two rear-view cameras. This car is sporty, powerful, and environmentally-friendly, and can proudly bear the title of electric supercar.

So as you may know whereas others venture into many a jewellery shop I am into book shops and any little gem I might find and I did find one recently. The name is ‘Heretics: Past and Present’.

Brian Allan recounts the different challenges that empathize with the realities on earth over the last hundred years. He delineates his stories under the title that he regards to be a shadow of religion and magic, although he chronicled heresies that are not significantly of the religious kind and usually bring into the empire of conspiracy theory and modern discoveries.

In his book, Allan defines heresy as a conflicting element that contends with the universally embraced than as an opinion or belief that opposes the orthodox doctrine. He discloses the paranormal, occult, the extraordinary and the wonderful as well as the aliens and UFOs. Allan emphasizes the applicability of the “heretic” word to the context in all cases. He views the evolution of heresy from the fear of man for change, for those with social status quo and entrusted interests.

It should be pointed out that the book has a lot of deviations into aspects of personal interests to Allan; however, only dubiously pertinent to the general theme like science-fiction movies and comments on popular singing groups. The book has covered new corners of the past and insights that are just emerging in advance to the modern science.

This book is great for those with strong interest to the paranormal, for people who believe in UFOs and for those who are in the obscure road of life.

This morning, a scenario happened which has taken place a hundred times before: I was walking out of the train station, when the wind brought a load of brick dust and plastic cups in my direction, sort of battering me in a really low-fi way. I swore, of course, as this is the very last thing you want to experience on the way to work. I then spent the next five minutes a) trying to get grit out of my eyes and b) pondering why this weird wave of rubbish always came at me.

When I was some way down the road I looked back, and my timing was impeccable. There, very clearly, I could see the wind swirl past me, rebound off the building to my right, and batter those who were standing where I’d been. When I looked behind me to see where the source of the brick dust and paper cups was coming from, I noticed something I hadn’t seen before.

Behind the wooden wall were builders all chatting. I’d known they were in there doing stuff, but you don’t take much notice, do you? So anyway, I observed them through the thin gap in the ply. Until one said “oi, mate, what you looking at?”

Then followed me trying to get away, and some London electricians looking people, with builders shouting at me. We then got into a heated debate over the rubbish I had been attacked with daily for some months.

I’d like to say that I stood up to them. That I told them, one by one, that they had to stop littering their site, but I didn’t. Instead I sort of ran away flinging my briefcase at them, telling them they had to get their acts together.

It was embarrassing, but I suppose at least I did do something. That has to count, right?

I have recently read the HP’s statements for the Bloomberg Business Week magazine and have found quite a lot of interesting stuff about their upcoming products. Firstly, I noticed a trend that emerges from the shadows of their newly developed and upcoming tablet – the Touch Pad, and, secondly, I have found quite a lot of praise for the product that I hope would not be just another attempt to attract consumers in buying something that is no better than the more reasonable products out there.

About my first point – HP has always worked with Wintel (Windows + Intel). However, this peculiar but fruitful partnership seems to be working no more. The company has developed its own software, just like Apple’s Mac, called webOS and has implicated it already in the production of its Touch Pad. This means no more Windows on HP when it comes to mobile devices. Furthermore, the company has implemented processor from AMD rather than its long term partner when it comes to computers – Intel. There are, of course no low cost flights to ultimate happiness for such a business giant and the people from HP would suffer losses from such a brave business attempt. What is more interesting, however, is what kind of a product would such an independent initiative product create.

This question meets the answer in the words of the HP representative. He states confidently that the device is performing amazingly well, the software store is being updated almost every minute with new apps and different new features and updates, the hardware is working perfectly fine and the smooth work of the device is ensured. I kind of doubt that – it is not a standard HP product. It would be entirely new experience for everyone, provided by an independent HP product with software that seems absolutely unfamiliar to me. So I doubt all points made by the HP person, however, cannot wait to satisfy my curiosity and try this… WHAT.. 500$ dollar no-known-software, hardware-changed product?! Oh well, seems like it would be an year of innovations.

Phones and cellphones have two different words, we need to understand how the term evolved, its definitely not an official differential existance, but here is how I look at it.
While Ericsson had market dominance in the 1990’s with the chunky blocks that looked exactly like cordless phones which couldn’t exactly fit very well into you jeans pockets, they were simply called phones or mobile phones, which means, ’its like my landline cordless phone, but with a larger battery life and mobile connectivity’. There was no GPS nor was their any 3G of 4G connection. But it didn’t matter the creation of mobile phone calls and text messages were high tech enough to drive people nuts.
Come the 2005’s and ahead, the phone reduced in size and the features grew, smaller more advanced chips could handle more work load, more apps more functions. The phone could now fit our pockets and yet do everything. This now they came to be called cell – or as small as cell – phone. This came to the words of cellphones. A phone now is simply your landline or your cordless whereas the cellphone the micro version of your home phone but with hundreds of features that laptop also may never be able to do. Silk fabrics might have gotten softer but the tech involved behind changing phones has come a very long way, hence has the words we use unconsciously.
This is my theory of how the words changed, but if not necessary want to include yourself in a conversation that regard how words changed, you ignore it.

So I followed a friend of mine to her doctor to find out all about cosmetic surgery and its pros and cons. While I was in the waiting area there was a lady there with her little child who was constantly coughing. She said he had whooping cough. I was a bit surprised that in this day and age whooping cough still exists and still has not outright cure.

Now whooping cough is a bacterial diseases caused by the Bordetella pertussis bacteria. The other name for whooping cough is pertussis. This was a common disease some not so long time ago.

The symptoms of whooping cough include the patient coughing and giving off a whoop sound at the end of the cough and vomiting. The patient will need to see a qualified doctor for diagnosis because the symptoms are similar to those of a common cold. A health specialist will test the mucus of the patient to determine whether the bacteria Bordetella pertussis is present.

Treating whooping cough requires a very careful person because the disease is contagious. When treating a patient suffering from whooping cough you may need to wear a surgical mask. The first thing you need to do is isolate the patient from the other members of the family to avoid spreading the disease. Make sure that the patient is taking antibiotics prescribed by a qualified doctor. Patients need to take in a lot of water to avoid dehydration. It is advisable to consume small meals to avoid vomiting. Make sure that the patient is taking all the cough drugs prescribed by the doctor. <
